Digital Content Producer

The Digital Content Producer is responsible for producing digital projects including but not limited to: complex social media executions, media rich email campaigns, internal marketing content, client lead campaign execution.

The Digital Content Producer will report to The CEO for mentorship and guidance. The role includes managing resources, developing project schedules, owning partner and vendor relationships, creating the production estimate and seeing the project through to completion on time and within budget.

In this role, you will create and distribute creative social content for our internal accounts and client accounts, using regional and global social platforms and channels (Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Email Platforms). Additional responsibilities include working closely with the CEO to execute on the overall social strategy, KPIs, targets, and goals to improve brand awareness and increase social engagement for all campaigns.

This highly creative position will be responsible for developing, writing, editing, and publishing social content including copy, graphics, and video.


Tasks Assigned:

  • Produce social media content for both in-the-moment and planned communication.
  • Manage a monthly communication calendar for social posts.
  • Serve as a “brand journalist,” conceptualizing, planning, interviewing, writing, pitching, and publishing content.
  • Work with CEO, and design teams to create interesting, on-brand graphics. Develop narratives, design concepts, and storyboards to visualize ideas.
  • Create engaging videos, stills, and gif content with necessary approvals to drive sales
  • Serve as the project manager and producer of social media assets and the liaison between partners for content activation.
  • Liaise with teams to help determine business needs, manage priorities, and set reasonable expectations.
  • Compile and organize pitch decks of creative concepts.
  • Create highly engaging email marketing both internally and for clients
  • Deliver social media platform training and best practices to ensure the firm is compliant, meeting social guidelines, and continually improving.
  • Make data-informed decisions to grow our base and reach on channels.
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape and emerging social platforms, content publishers, tools, ad offerings, best practices, and trends.


  • At least 2 years experience in one of the following areas; multi-media design, advertising agency creative and copywriting.
  • Rich Media technologies as well as the capabilities and limitations of online media.
  • Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and of the written word, and display solid leadership skills necessary to work with a large variety of diversified teams.
  • Consistently deliver projects on time and under budget.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize project deliverables while troubleshooting, at times, new technologies and formats.Fluency with social networking sites and prior experience using web technologies and social media publishing and analytical tools
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills
  • Familiarity and/or experience with video, design, and photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Proactive, able to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A passion for social media and an interest in keeping up with the latest trends and emerging technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,550.00 – $51,338.00 per year

In-House Photographer

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future consumers using various marketing tactics involving photography assets.

This individual will work on a combination of activities intended for public outreach across a myriad of industries and needs to have the ability to quickly switch between different brands while keeping each brand’s voice distinct and exciting.

You should possess an enthusiasm for all media. As an excellent communicator, you are flexible in your approach while working closely with a collaborative team and also be willing to make changes based on feedback.

Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important. Candidates that apply for this position must have the ability to multitask and create an individualized schedule of tasks based on clients’ needs. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our clients, their brands, and their needs; your ultimate goal is 100% client satisfaction Communicating the client’s brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers is an essential component.

Tasks Assigned:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and constructively with production coordinator, models, project leads, and others.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial and creative teams to manage and shoot a variety of editorial, lifestyle, marketing, and eCommerce projects, both on location and in the studio.
  • Brainstorm with editors, content creators and the creative team to understand photo needs for projects and coordinate original photo shoots
  • Provide on-brand photography for a variety of shoots, including product flats, product styled, in-studio fashion, on-location fashion, events, headshots, and more
  • Assemble and create studio lighting
  • Perform post-processing and photo edits, including naming, file format conversions, color management and correction, retouching, dropouts, compositing, and focus layering
  • Collaborate with the studio coordinator and in-house stylist to manage the photo studio and equipment
  • Coordinate shoot scheduling and manage the photography calendar
  • Manage digital image organization, archiving, media libraries, and web image production workflows, including cropping, resizing, and image tagging/metadata
  • Assist with tracking and updating the photo budget
  • Participate in imagery review across all channels including magazines, web, and newsletters; troubleshoot and problem-solve to ensure high-quality presentations
  • Contribute to developing cross-platform ideas that support established brand identity and visual strategy




    • Strong visual and conceptual skills
    • A solid grasp of color, composition, lighting, and advanced photography techniques
    • An acute attention to detail and deadlines
    • Expertise with professional photographic, lighting, and studio equipment
    • Demonstrable proficiency in Lightroom and/or Capture One and Photoshop
    • Ability to communicate effectively and constructively with art directors, models, project leads, and other stakeholders; receive constructive feedback, and adapt accordingly
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Ability to be self-directed, self-motivated, and take initiative in putting forth ideas and solutions
    • Ability to be flexible, diplomatic, team-oriented and solution-oriented
    • Strong desire to constantly refine and improve creative output
    • 2-year technical or 4-year degree in photography or related field, or equivalent experience
    • At least 3 years experience in studio lighting, at least 2 years working with models
    • At least 2 years experience in photo editing and post-processing
    • A stunning digital portfolio

Part-time with full-time opportunities. $20-25/hr
